Kwai Hing Estate 葵興邨

This government project consists of three 36-storey New Cruciform blocks with a total of 1,050 flats for sale and a 5-storey carpark building with ancillary facilities for rental. Project contract sum is about HK$225million.

葵興邨重建第三期包括興建三幢樓高36層合共1,050個出售單位的新十字型設計樓宇及一幢樓高5層之出租停車場，工程合約價約為港幣2億2仟多萬元。
